Frequently Asked Questions

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by 8th February 2024

What's with all the pineapples?

I don't know.

What time does the wedding start?

Our ceremony is taking place at 1pm, however guests are welcome from 12pm. We ask that you arrive no later than 12:45pm to take your seats.

Is parking available on site?

There is plenty of free parking at the venue.

Will Andrew be able to stay awake for the whole wedding?

Maybe. We'll see, he's old.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

We are hoping for an outdoor ceremony but British weather in April might decide otherwise.

If there is some light rain we still plan on having our ceremony outdoors, however in the event of rain we will move the ceremony indoors.

Our wedding breakfast and evening reception will take place indoors.

Will there be food served?

Canapes will be served during cocktail hour, however our wedding breakfast is not until 3:30pm so do make sure you have breakfast!

In the evening, we'll also have cake and evening bites at 8:30pm

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire - dresses and suits. The kind of thing you expect to be wearing if you were to enter a room through both double doors in slow motion, turning heads and dropping jaws.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately due to limited space, only those named on the invitation are welcome to attend our wedding. But you could leave with a plus one.

Who did all the planning for the wedding?

Andrew helped.

Is it okay to take photographs and videos with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

We are having an unplugged ceremony so please refrain from using phones and cameras during the wedding ceremony.

For the rest of the day - please feel free to take photos and post on social media but do tag us - @phndrew @leannehua_ and most importantly @appatheflyingchow

Is there wifi?

There is wifi on site but there is limited to no phone reception so please do not rely on your phone on the day!
